FAQ's

How often does the club meet? We meet once a month on the first non holiday Monday except for July and December.

Am I required to attend every meeting or function? We encourage our members to attend as much as often but we have no requirements for attendance or functions.

What are the meeting's like? They are pretty casual, we have some refreshments at the meetings and like any meeting we have an agenda.

 

How many events does the club participate in? We have 3 major fundraisers a year, the annual Christmas tree sale, the Carbonneau Cup Golf Tournament and Texas Holdem Tournament. We help out at the Pre-memorial Day Parade with hamburgers and hot dogs and Old Town Days with a Moon Walk for the kids.

Do the members socialize together? Many of our members get together to play golf, ride motorcycles, attend sporting events etc.


What are the dues each year?
Our dues are $20.00 per year.


How can I join?
You can email the club president or attend a meeting.


How many members are in the club?
Right now we have about 50 members in the club.


Can my spouse or significant other attend?
We invite our spouses or significant others to attend our social events and fundraisers. The meetings are for members only.

Bedford Crimeline, Inc.
The Bedford Crimeline, a private non-profit organization, works closely with the Bedford Police to provide information on the arrest of criminals based on tips from the public. The Crimeline is open 24 hours a day at 472.8999. All calls remain anonymous. Crimeline pays up to $1,000 for information that leads to the
arrest of a suspect.
Bedford Cross-Country Ski Club
(Affiliated with New England Nordic Ski Association)
Builds and maintains X-C Ski trails at Earl Legacy Park for Bedford citizens and local high school ski teams. Supports all aspects of X-C skiing. 8 km of groomed trails available.

Bedford Farmers’ Market
The Farmers’ Market is held at Benedictine Park on Wallace Road on Tuesdays from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm from June through October. See web site for specific dates.  The Market features fresh locally grown fruits and vegetables, dairy products, baked goods, maple products, jams, fish, fresh flowers, wine, and grass-fed beef. It also hosts special events such as the Fourth of July celebration, pumpkin decorating, trick or treat day, live music, and much more! The Market also donates one or two "Morgan's Baskets" each week of the Market season to a resident of Bedford who is going through difficult times and is in need of good cheer.
