Scholarships

The Scholarship applications for 2010 are now available. Please note the student applying for the scholarship must complete the application. No applications will be accepted after the April 15th deadline. All applications must be mailed to the Bedford Mens Club mailing address.

Bedford Mens Club Scholarship application
The Bedford Mens Club provides two scholarships each year to graduating High School Seniors from Bedford. This scholarship is open to any high school senior who lives in Bedford at the time of graduation from an NH accredited High school and going on to college.

The scholarships will be awarded to seniors who show voluntarism by performing community service and making our community a better place to live.


Scholarship winners!

Michaela Carbonneau, Ken Hawkins (Member of BMC) and Michaela's mother Marie Toole





The Carbonneau Cup Golf Tournament Scholarship presented a $1,000.00 check to Michaela Carbonneau from the  proceeds of the 2009 Tournament held at Candia Woods in July. Michaela is attending Regis University in Denver Colorado playing Division II softball.

Tom Green presents a $1,000. scholarship from the Golf Tournament to Daniel Carbonneau.
2008 Scholarship winners
Kristen Johnson from West High School received a $1,000. scholarship. Kristen will be attending Yale University in the fall 2008.

Rex Rodanas of Derryfield School received a $1,000. scholarship. Rex will be studying for his Agri-business degree in the fall of 2008.

Both seniors received their scholarship based on their volunteer efforts.

2009 Scholarship winners


Jenna Caswell of Manchester West High School received a $1,000. scholarship. Jenna will be attending Keene State College studying Education in the fall of 2009.

Peter Brigham of Manchester West High School received a $1,000. scholarship . Peter will be studying Mechanical Engineering at UNH in the fall of 2009.
